Baby Nests
Your newborn winter baby will need a nest in the carry cot to keep him warm while discovering the outside world. These nests can also be used in a car seat, and generally up to 6 months old.
Foot Muffs
From 6 months to about 3 years old when you go out on chilly days, your child will be kept warm with a footmuff attatched to the stroller. Most brands of stroller have footmuffs for varied temperatures, which are adapted to fit comfortably on the sitting position without slipping. They are easy to open when you go indoors, so are more practical than thick coats or pilot suits.
